La nueva línea Color Pour Resin es tan divertida, hay tantos productos y accesorios, pero definitivamente recomiendo conseguir un kit de inicio al principio. The new Color Pour Resin line is so fun, there are so many products and accessories, but I definitely recommend getting a starter kit at first. It gives you everything you need to get started: resin, resin hardener, dyes, and all the protective material. It also has a little booklet with instructions, tips and tricks to get you started.
Hice una pieza de decoración para el hogar con la resina y unos pequeños adornos. Usé el lienzo como base. Se incluye en uno de los kits de comienzo, luego añadí la resina, endurecedor de resina, tintes y después añadí brillo iridiscente encima.
I created a home decor accent piece with the resin and a couple of embellishments. I used the canvas as the base. It is included in one of the starter kits, then I added the resin, resin hardener, dyes, and then sprinkled some iridescent glitter flakes on the top.

To create the blend of resin you need an equal amount of resin and resin hardener in a plastic cup, add a dye of the color of your choice, and mix well. You’ll need a cup for each color. Once you have that ready you will have to pour each cup unto the canvas, I poured one cup and then the other on top of the previous color. I then added glitter iridescent flakes on top. Let it dry for 24-48 hours.

After letting it air dry I added a few embellishments: a vellum butterfly from the “Storyteller” collection by Vicki Boutin and a gold enamel word. What do you think? Do you like the idea?
